It might be more reassuring to all if...

It was a unanimous secret ballot vote from the team rather than a petition that might have some peer pressure attached:

Seems like announcing it late on a Friday of a big news week isn't exactly the greatest visual, optics of a vote of confidence from UC Administration either...
